I’m not able to think of an area that doesn’t improve with more focused effort. We enrolled a roofing company in our marketing training program today.
While he was talking out loud on our Zoom meeting about his decision, he said something to the effect of:

Exactly.
This roofing company owner will go from spending zero hours per week on marketing to 6-8 hours (his team will contribute, too).
Of course, we’ll train him on the strategies and tactics.
Those are straight-forward. But the real needle-mover will be the intentional, focused time spent on one of the most important areas of his business.
And this dude has plans to 3X his business next year, so the marketing piece is quite necessary.
